Shipping policy

 

Thank you for shopping at our Online Campus Store! Please review our shipping policy below for information on order processing and delivery.

 

Order Processing

 

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or school holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (such as back-to-school, holidays, or special events), processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

  • Orders are shipped via standard shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Rates

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Promotional shipping offers, if available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • The Campus Store currently ships within the United States and Internationally.

 

Order Tracking

 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

 

In-Store / On-Campus Pickup (If Available)

 

  • Customers selecting on-campus pickup will be notified by email when their order is ready.
  • Orders must be picked up from the Campus Store during standard operational hours from 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday (except when the school is closed) within 10 business days (2 weeks) unless otherwise arranged with the Campus Store Manager.
  • Special order or pre-order items will have a specified pickup window and will be noted within the product description.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

 

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact the Campus Store Manager within 5 business days of delivery via email at campusstore@pennington.org.
  • Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) for quicker assistance.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

  • The Campus Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
