The Pennington School Campus Store wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.
Returns & Exchanges
- Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Personalized or custom-ordered merchandise.
- Opened school supplies (including notebooks, binders, writing instruments, calculators, etc.).
- Gift cards.
Apparel
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Apparel showing signs of wear, damage, or odor will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued following the standard refund policy.
Online Purchases
- Online purchases may be returned by mail or in person within the return window.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact the campus store within 5 days of receipt for assistance.
